Shelled
These scallops are hand caught by divers. No machinery is involved
in catching and processing: that’s good for eating quality and good
for the sea bed. They’re vacuum-packed in units of 190g / 5 or 6
scallops – one good main course or two generous starters. Each scallop
is individually frozen, so you can use as many or few as you wish
per meal.

Rock
Lobster Tail
FOOD OF THE GODS! Also known as crawfish, the rock lobster has no
claws, so we sell just the tail. Unless you’re dead set on the visual
spectacle of a traditional lobster with claws, rock lobster is the
best way to enjoy this fish. About 90% of the weight is meat, whereas
in a clawed lobster, you only get about 33% meat. And the meat is
much easier to deal with, being in a single substantial piece rather
than divided up between the tail and claws. The shell is easy to
remove following the instructions included on our label. Saver packs
contain 4 tails unless otherwise specified.

Kippers
From Robson’s of Craster (a tiny village in Northumberland), whose
label asserts, “Bonnie Fish and Halesome Farin”. Quite right too.
Oak-smoked, undyed and the absolutely full complement of those famous
bones. One vac-packed pair of kippers per pack, or three pairs in
the saver pack.

Peeled
Scampi
This is the meat from inside the tail of the langoustine. Our scampi
is taken from large Scottish fish and is unadulterated by any of
the dubious “make then look bigger” techniques so prevalent with
scampi. This grade is rarely seen outside the smartest restaurants
and hotels, and despite the price, this is one of our most popular
items. Raw. There are about 12 pieces of scampi per 190g pack, or
around 16 grams each, which is a serious mouthful. Saver packs contain
three sachets at a useful saving.

Fatboy
Fillets Of Turbot
A turbot fillet comprises two unequal halves – one much thicker
than the other. These FATBOY fillets are the thick half. You get
a single fillet, which you can cut into two portions, or serve as
a presentation piece, dividing it up at the table. How much do you
need? A 225g fillet would be a magnificent serving for one but would
need some padding to feed two as a main course. A fillet over 400g
will feed two well.

Sea Bass Fillets
All our sea bass is caught by a single Cornish fisherman, with rod
and line. He fillets and freezes them for us within 24 hours, and
then he delivers them all the way up to us in Surrey (usually taking
his wife via Ikea, on the way). What a romantic tale! Available
in packs of two medium fillets, or, when stocks permit, saver packs
of 6 fillets.

is Jamie Oliver's fish pie - it's very easy and delicious! I love salmon
and mackerel, muscles and ... should I go on? I've yet to find a fish

The prime pack - perfect starter hamper -

This is a great selection of fish including some of our favourites. You
could certainly eat like a king with this selection.
BBQ Fish Hamper - I know as I write this review of the
shop it's not quite barbq weather but it will be soon - and this would
make a spectacular party barbq! . Contains 6 fillet steaks (ie boneless)
- 2 tuna, 2 sword and 2 organic salmon, 2 "through the fish"
(ie with a bone in the middle) kingfish steaks, 2 whole organic rainbow
trout, about 6 sardines and 6 skewers each mounted with 10 peeled king
prawns.
I know it'd make people's eyes turn and be really impressive to present
a barbq with no meat!
