Smoothies
A smoothie is a smooth blended mix of fruits, juices, and/or yoghurts
and milk.
You can make a smoothie with your favourite ingredients.
You need to add some liquid to help blend the fruit else you'll overwork
the blender. You can buy specific smoothie makers.
You can even make veggie smoothies - Carrot, Apple & Ginger ; Carrot & Spinach
; Carrot, Parsley, Spinach & Celery ; Apple, Celery & Ginger
; tomato, celery, garlic and onion ;
Remember they will have lots of calories in if you're drinking lots
of them, so like everything - moderation is the keyword. Make some
for friends
and family and get them into them too.
